CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
All Basketball Fullsets products are custom manufactured according to the design, size, color, logo, player names, numbers and specifications approved by the customer.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are generally final once production has begun.
ORDER REVIEW BEFORE PRODUCTION
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design mockups, player names, numbers, sizes, and team details before production starts.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

- Wrong size selected
Claims must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the order.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

- Change of mind
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once artwork approval has been confirmed and production has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will only be considered when:
- Basketball Fullsets is unable to fulfil the order.
- A manufacturing issue cannot be resolved through replacement.
- An order is cancelled before production begins.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
SHIPPING POLICY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Basketball Fullsets is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Customs clearance
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Incorrect delivery information
SIZING RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are strongly encouraged to review our sizing chart before placing an order. Basketball Fullsets cannot provide refunds or replacements for sizing issues resulting from measurements supplied by the customer.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
Every order is inspected before shipment to ensure quality and accuracy. If a manufacturing error occurs on our side, we will work with customers to provide a replacement, repair, or appropriate solution.
